Raël's 1975 record of his second encounter with the Elohim and his subsequent journey to their home planet, where he was shown the laboratories, technology, and society of the civilization that engineered life on Earth. Continues the framework of The Book Which Tells the Truth with interstellar travel, the Council of the Eternals, and a long teaching session ('Les Clés') that lays out the practical philosophy underpinning Raëlism.
Ma Vie Jusqu’à La Première Rencontre
Ça sent la vanille et l'amour
Ça sent le miel et la cannelle
Filles que j'aimerai toujours.

האדם
— ביחס לאלוהים, אבותינו, בוראינו;
— לאחר מכן ביחס לחברה האנושית;
- par rapport aux Elohim nos pères, nos créateurs ;
- puis par rapport à la société humaine ;
- enfin par rapport à l'individu.
The chapter's organising thesis: that Raël's life 'had truly been guided' to make him available for the mission — an autobiography read backwards for signs. Note the genre. This is the prepared-prophet topos, familiar from the call narratives of the Hebrew Bible (the child Samuel, Jeremiah known 'before I formed you in the womb'), here turned autobiographical: the witness assembles ordinary childhood scenes into evidence of a destiny only legible in hindsight. The reader should hold it as exactly that — a retrospective reading, not a contemporaneous record.
