Epic of Gilgamesh

**Planned** Wheel of Heaven Translation of selected tablets from the Standard Babylonian Epic of Gilgamesh, working from openly-licensed Akkadian transliterations (ETCSL / CDLI / ORACC corpora). Phase 3 priority. Initial scope: Tablet XI (the flood narrative — the single best-attested cross-tradition parallel in all of religious literature, paired with Genesis 6–9). Expansion to other tablets is a reassessment decision. Andrew George's 2003 critical edition is the project's scholarly reference but is copyrighted and not the ship-text; the source for the WoH Translation is the open transliteration.
